According to a large number of experiments and production data, the hydroxy silicone oil used to treat white carbon black in the production process of silicone rubber has comprehensive advantages when it has low volatility, high flash point and 8 to 12 silicon-oxygen chain segments. It takes into account the safety of the production process and the effectiveness of treating white carbon black while ensuring the stability of other indicators of silicone rubber.
According to the actual needs of the silicone rubber production process, the SilibaseHPMS-0930 hydroxy silicone oil developed and produced by our company has the characteristics of high flash point, low volatility and stable performance indicators.
